Dear Community of Our Lady of Guadalupe Pastorate,

I want to share the sad news that our principal at St. James School, Mr. Randall Enders, has decided to step down from his position this next year. We are so grateful for all that Randy did to guide us through the difficult years of the pandemic. 

We will miss his enthusiasm, his "Good Morning, Spartans!," his compassion and care for teachers and students. I will miss a friend and teammate. Randy has been so good for me as a priest trying to help shepherd a school for the first time. He has been a huge blessing on my life this past year and I am so grateful for his patience, understanding, humility, and desire to serve. Please pray for him and his family as well as our whole school during this period of change and transition.

Almighty Father, You can see the person You have already chosen to be our principal next year at St. James School. We ask that You guide them, strengthen them, and encourage them to do Your will. We give thanks for all the good you have done through Randy for us here at St. James, support him in this transition, be with him and his family. Comfort us and give us confidence in Your Divine Providence, whatever that may be.
