The Diocese of Madison and our parishes are grateful to all those who have generously provided a donation for Masses, funerals, weddings, and quinceañeras in the past. The donation for these sacraments and services has remained the same for thirty years throughout the dioceses of Wisconsin. Recently, when the Bishops of the State of Wisconsin gathered, they decreed that stipends should be adjusted to reflect the current time and to account for inflation. The new suggested stipend for Mass intentions will be $20.

These new suggested amounts take effect with events that occur on or after July 1, 2024. They do not apply retroactively to those who have already paid the appropriate amount for an upcoming event (even one that falls after July 1, 2024). The new fee structure will be applied to all new requests we receive for events that occur on or after July 1, 2024. We still have many slots open through June; please call the office to schedule your intentions.
