Stacy coordinates adult formation for Spanish-speaking members of the community. She also forms and maintains the discipleship small groups for all ages of the parish. She trains people to be missionary disciples via the "Reach More" Process (from the E.C.) in both English and in Spanish. She is helping us to implement Bishop Hying’s plans for the new evangelization efforts, “Go Make Disciples.” She is fluent in both English/Spanish.
Stacy grew up in Madison, attended UW-La Crosse for Biology/Spanish, then earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She worked as a physical therapist for 8 years in Fort Atkinson, WI, and for 1 year in Colorado. Stacy led the Young Adult Group at St. Joseph Parish in Fort Atkinson, WI for 5 years and led kerygmatic Light of the World Evangelization Ministry retreats there as well. She is excited to help others become “on fire” in their faith. Stacy is currently pursuing a Master of Theology [online] from Christendom Graduate School of Theology, based in Virginia.
Stacy loves traveling, hiking, listening to and playing music (piano/guitar), playing ping pong and tennis, playing boards games and lawn games, and dancing (especially salsa and merengue)!
